REDcard® (My FIRST post. YAY!!!)

If you’re a fan of pop culture, you’ve heard celebrities shamelessly brag about their “platinum cards” time and time again. I’m not a celebrity nor do I have a credit line of $1,000,000,000.00. Lol. But, I discovered a card that’s even better, the REDcard.

The REDcard is Target’s “store card”. Target is one of my favorite places to shop, you can buy EVERYTHING there and often for slightly less than the drugstores. I can spend hours in Target…

What’s so great about the REDcard is that you can apply for their credit OR debit card which I think is a fabulous idea. I’ve had the debit REDcard for a year or two now and I LOVE it. It’s linked directly to my checking account so it’s easy to keep track of my purchases.

So now you’re probably wondering “why not just use my debit card”? Simple: with the debit REDcard you enjoy special perks. Which include free shipping, 5% off of all purchases, coupons, etc. It’s easy to sign up, too. All you have to do is print the application, fill it out and mail it or you can speak to a sales associate during your next visit. I don’t know about you but I love saving money.

You can find more information by clicking here.

Note: When applying for the debit REDcard you will either need your bank information or a VOIDED check since it’s linked to your checking account and your ID.

Do you have the REDcard? If so, do you use it often? What other money saving tips do you have? Please share them below.
