Recap: March Curly Card Night

CURLY CARD NIGHT PICLast Saturday, March 9th, I hosted the March Curly Card Night. It was a huge success. Everyone enjoyed him and herself and we had more guys this time which was great to see. I was really happy to see that people had fun, networked and shared laughs. - curly card night2Curly Card Night is an opportunity for Naturals, Non-Naturals and gentlemen to get together on a Saturday night and do something different, fun and really inexpensive in NYC, which we all know can be costly. Guests have the opportunity to meet new people, play different games, ask me hair-related questions and discuss common natural hair questions and concerns with other guests. We have raffle prizes, giveaways, games and tons of fun.

The main focus is to celebrate the beauty in all of us and our differences while uniting everyone regardless of how you style your hair. This focus is in line with one of my mottos: I am not my hair.

In addition to the amazing people I have met and connected, I have also been blessed with amazing Curly Card Night sponsors: - curly card – introduces DIY Brazilian Keratin Treatment kit for straightening your hair at home!
